The Innkeeper Quarters include the full third floor and the finished basement, each level about 1600 square feet.
THIRD FLOOR This space contains a full bath, a spacious hallway, and four bedrooms, two of which are actually used as bedrooms, one as a large dressing room/closet, and the fourth as a library/study, shown below.
BASEMENT LEVEL This level is perfectly dry and finished in drywall, and contains the laundry/storage/work room, the huge family room, and the pantry/second kitchen, all shown below. In addition, the central corridor houses the utilities and storage, and a full bath. Above grade windows provide natural light, and an outside entrance is extremely handy for coming (with groceries) and going (to yardwork).
