	We are available to host small weddings, receptions, birthday parties, and the like.
	We enjoy Smoke, our Maine Coon, who resides on our private floor, and Lily, our calico/tortoiseshell, who is outside or in our basement. Neither cat enters guest areas or rooms, so if you are cat allergic, you will not have any issues here. Both cats are available for petting by appointment.
	We can't accommodate any pets except our own.
	We welcome most children. Please inquire.
	We welcome business travelers, and offer corporate rates.
	We provide free high-speed DSL/always-on Internet connections in each room.
	We are smoke free in the house; we are also alcohol-free except that personal private consumption is allowed.
	We can accommodate check-ins from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and special needs on request.
	We like to have guests checked out by 11 a.m.
	We offer complimentary refreshments and snacks.
	We have lighted and fenced private parking.
	We serve breakfast at a time mutually agreed to by all of our guests, which is usually about 8:30 weekdays, 9:00 weekends and holidays, but we make special arrangements for business travelers or those guests with unusual schedules.

	Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for the booking; a longer notice may be required for multiple room bookings; a 7 day notice may be required for multiple rooms and/or multiple room nights bookings. You will be informed at the time of booking and in the confirmation.
